Saltbush & Co started as a small family thing. A good coffee machine, one long communal table, and a proper commitment to doing things the right way.

A decade on, we're still family-run. We roast with a local Geelong crew, bake everything in-house before the sun's up, and know most of our regulars by their coffee order.
